Meet the Team

Becki Cole

Hi, I’m Becki — a lifelong learner with a unique blend of creativity, technical know-how, and a passion for helping others.

My journey began in the world of beauty therapy, where I first discovered the joy of working closely with people. But as it turns out, I’m a bit of a geek at heart! I transitioned into IT and spent several years as a course supervisor, delivering training in everything from Microsoft Office to advanced IT and web design. During this time, I also specialised in medical, legal, and executive secretary training. More recently, I’ve worked with various medical charities, providing vital administrative support and ensuring things run smoothly behind the scenes.

Outside of work, I love nothing more than a long walk with my dog, Willow. I play the drums and keyboard, and I’ve even performed at festivals as part of a band. When I’m not making music, you’ll probably find me baking, crocheting, sewing, or out in the garden with a cup of tea.

Kate Smith

I have been an event organiser in the Associations sector for the past 18 years. Prior to that, I worked for a large insurance company in a variety of roles including corporate hospitality, internal communications and purchasing.

Away from work, I am a wife and Mum who enjoys spending time with both family and friends. For the past few years and together with a friend, I have aimed to complete an annual charity challenge. So far, we have swum “Pier to Pier” from Bournemouth to Boscombe, completed the Moon Walk in London, abseiled down the Spinnaker Tower in Portsmouth, walked the Clarendon Way from Salisbury to Winchester and completed the Pretty Muddy course in Southsea.
